What is AllSeated?

AllSeated is the first online collaboration platform built specifically for the events industry by industry professionals themselves. We know that planning an event, whether it’s a wedding, a charity function, or a corporate meeting, requires constant attention to detail and ongoing coordination between venues, event planners, vendors, and event hosts. Those details can be difficult to manage, and coordination between all the required parties can be nearly impossible. That’s why our platform was designed for ease of use and hosted in the cloud, with a centralized and secured website.

Who are we?

We are a team of entrepreneurs, each with a unique perspective on the events industry. Sandy Hammer managed her own corporate events business for over a decade; Daniel Anisman is a software engineer who developed a number of successful, user-friendly applications and Yaron Lipshitz is a technology industry executive for over 20 years; Arthur Backal, our Advisory Board Chairman, has worked with many of the leading hotels in the world. Together, we represent every facet of the events industry.

Our story

It all started when Daniel’s office manager needed to figure out how to seat her guests at her upcoming wedding. Daniel desperately needed her to continue her office work, but she was overwhelmed with planning her wedding. His solution? He built an application to help her easily and quickly seat her guests. The application was so effective and so easy to use that quickly over 30,000 brides started using it.

The need for AllSeated was clear, and we went to work. We built the core application, and then over the next half a year, we worked with top hotels, caterers, and event planners in the US. We capitalized on their years of experience, listened to their stories, and ultimately gained an understanding of exactly what they needed and wanted to streamline event planning, for both them and their clients.

The result: AllSeated, the first online collaboration network that will change the events planning industry forever!

Our Industry partners currently include: The Plaza, The Mandarin, The Conrad, Apella, Pier 60, The Pierre, Harriette Rose Katz of Gourmet Advisory Services, State of the Art, Marcia Selden Catering and Foremost Caterers.

AllSeated is available FREE of charge. Use it to view your venue map, build your guest list, and seat your guests. Everyone involved in planning the event has access to the service from anywhere, at anytime enabling them to make time-sensitive decisions based on the most current information, eliminating unnecessary errors, and time-consuming mistakes. Its ease of use means you can import your guests from your social networks and email accounts, creating your guests list in minutes. Family and friends want to be involved? Instead of countless phone calls, faxes, and emails, simply invite them to share your event and in seconds, they are part of the planning process.
