This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and the latest version of the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website. Collection of Personal Information

In providing the Services, AllSeated may collect or receive Personal Information (defined below), whether provided directly by you or obtained through information you or other users publish in connection with an Event in your Account in accordance with the TOU. Personal Information may include your name, e-mail address and gender, as well as personally identifying information such as telephone number and street address ("Personal Information").

 

As you visit the Website, AllSeated may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your computer hardware and software, such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.

 

Use of Personal Information

AllSeated collects and uses Personal Information for the provision of the Services. Upon subscription to the Services, you consent to receive promotional and other commercial information from AllSeated, and AllSeated may use your Personal Information for such purpose, such as to offer you additional products or services.  You may opt out of receiving promotional and other commercial information from AllSeated at any time by contacting us at allseated@allseated.com.

 

AllSeated may also monitor content that you upload or transmit via the Services for quality control and as necessary to enforce the TOU.

AllSeated provides you with certain choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. If you no longer wish to have your Personal Information used by AllSeated to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to allseated@allseated.com. If AllSeated sends you a promotional email, the email will have an “unsubscribe” feature that will allow you to opt-out of receiving future email distributions.

 

Sharing of Non-Personal (Anonymous) Data

When you set up an AllSeated Account and submit information via the Services regarding an Event, we may share certain non-personal (anonymous) data concerning the Event and your use of the Services with selected Vendors..  Under no circumstances will we provide any Personal Information about you to any Vendor without your explicit permission.

 

Children's Privacy

This Website and Services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than the age of 13, and we will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine to be from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has disclosed Personal Information to us, please contact us via email at allseated@allseated.com.

 

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, AllSeated users who are California residents can request certain information regarding the types of information shared by AllSeated with third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the identities of those third parties. If you are a California resident and you wish to make such a request, you may send an email to allseated@allseated.com with "California Privacy Information Request" as the subject line and in the body of your message.

 

Reviewing and Updating Your Personal Information

If you would like to review, correct or challenge your Personal Information, please contact us by email addressed to allseated@allseated.com. If you contact us we may, for your protection, ask you for additional information to verify your identity. In most cases, we will provide the access you request and correct or delete any inaccurate personal information you discover. We reserve the right, however, to limit or deny your request to the extent permitted by applicable law if the disclosure could lead to a breach of applicable law and regulation, such as in case of any legal obligation to retain certain data, or if you have failed to verify your identity to our reasonable satisfaction.

 

Retention

Unless specified otherwise in this Privacy Policy, AllSeated will retain your information until you cancel your AllSeated Account, or until your AllSeated account has been inactive for a year. If you wish to cancel your Account or request that AllSeated no longer use your information to provide the Services to you, please contact us at allseated@allseated.com. After deletion of your Account, you agree that we can continue to use your data in anonymized form.  In addition, we can retain your information if we believe it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or resolve disputes.

 

Note that the Services allow users to share information.  You understand and agree that if another User has accessed your Personal Information that you have shared, we cannot change or limit what they do with that information outside of the Website.
