AllSeated reasonably secures the Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and keeps such information on computer servers in a standard controlled and secured environment. AllSeated's data bases on which Your data is reserved, are reasonably secured and programmed for protection from exposure and unauthorized use of such data and/or Personal Information.

 

 

Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the Event, including without limitation, the text, content of text and the like is owned by the Host/User, and is subject to intellectual property rights under USA laws, foreign laws and international conventions. AllSeated shall not be liable or responsible for the Event Content and the Event Content provided by any individual using the Account is provided for personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Host.
