Keep your hunger in check. Sounds strange, right? It's true! Drinking water and making sure your body is hydrated will actually keep your hunger at bay and appetite/cravings in check.

All brides want to look their best for their wedding day which usually means wanting to lose weight. Often when we think we are hungry and go reaching for a snack, our body is actually thirsty!

By staying hydrated, our cravings decrease and our appetite for snacks in between meal times is reduced.

A glowing complexion. Staying hydrated helps our skin too! When we don't drink enough water, our skin tends to get dry all over our bodies and wrinkles appear more pronounced.

By drinking more water on a daily basis, our skin becomes hydrated, fine lines and wrinkles are reduced and our complexion returns to glowing.

Water makes us happy. Our body is over 50% water. When we don't stay hydrated, all of our systems are thrown off, including our mood!

Being thirsty can make anyone cranky and distracted which is the last thing we need when trying to focus on planning and organizing an event!

Drinking more water and staying hydrated will help to keep us focused and calm which translates into a clearer mind for organizing wedding details during the planning months.

Struggling with ways to incorporate more water into your daily diet?

Buy a nice water bottle! Pick a water bottle that you would like to take with you everywhere, one that is easily refillable.

Flavor it! Fruit infused water bottles are a great option since you can flavor your water naturally without the use of artificial flavors and colorings.
